We started the Olympics in English language with listening, than we continued with grammar quiz and a test of attention at reading. I was very nervous, when I heard the word ‚listening‘. „Keep calm,“ I said for myself. There were seven questions and a few answers - we had to choose the correct ones. I don’t remember much from reading with attention- isn’t it ironic? After that our fight with grammar followed. All of us were winners... or everyone failed? Four people from ten stayed a half an hour longer for the second part of competition. We had to choose one from English magazines. They gave us five minutes for preparing. Than the hardest part came - speaking about the chosen topic. Some of us described, someone wrote a story of a person or thing that was on covering. I laughed a lot. Perhaps I was a little bit exhausted, but I can’t say that I was bored. I really enjoyed Olympics in English language.
